I highly recommend The Laser Place! It's the ONLY place I'll go to for all my laser hair removal needs. Sapna is the best and great at what she does! She makes sure you're comfortable and eases any concerns you might have especially if you're new to laser hair removal. She's very accommodating when it comes to making appointments-especially last minute ones with my hectic work schedule. Also, her prices are reasonable-she always has deals or specials going on. Just ask! With her knowledge and expertise you're in good hands! Went to The Laser Place in Williston Park for laser hair removal. The waiting area is setup like a living room in a home. Very relaxing environment that makes you want to stay a while. Sapna greeted me and explained the procedure. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable. She explained what I needed to do for caring for the treatment area. Overall my experience was amazing. The treatment felt like it was tailored specifically to me, and I truly felt that she wanted to ensure that I was getting the best possible results from the treatment. I look forward to treating other areas in the near future. I Love the Laser Place! First off, Sapna is great at what she does. She is able to determine what kind of treatment would be best for hair removal. I have done Electrolysis and Laser treatments with her and I'm very happy with the results. It is easy to get an appointment with her & she is very accommodating with scheduling. The office is very neat and clean. Overall, Sapna makes her clients feel comfortable & informs them of the treatment process. Highly recommend The Laser Place! The services at this location are incredible. I was a client almost two years ago and experienced great results for TWO FULL YEARS but due to the biological growth of hair, I decided to come back for more treatments. Not only was I immediately scheduled for the following weekend, they still had all of my original information from my very first appointment. Ordinarily this would concern me for privacy sake but they maintained records down to the exact laser they used and the intensity level. If that's not incredible top notch service for a client based service, I don't know what is. They had no obligation to store any of my information but I'm so glad they did! Any service provider that maintains their books like this is a WINNER. It proved to me they truly value and support their clients. I will always recommend this place for anyone seeking laser treatments in Queens! Started with my laser treatment with Sapna and Facial with Christina. Welcoming atmosphere, staff is friendly and makes you feel taken care of. My facial with Christina was amazing! I felt like the facial was very individualized to me, she took plenty of time with me, asking about any concerns and routine. she recommended me all the products that I need to use and personalized a new routine with very affordable products and organic ingredients. Sapna is awesome! Always makes me feel comfortable and helps to make the treatment as smooth and painless as possible . Highly recommend this place!!!!!! I love TLP everyone is super sweet and easy to talk too, answers all my questions and concerns, the results are great and I haven't had any issues, I would definitely recommend TLP
